great locationquick hot waterfriendly staffbad bedmissing kettlemissing sheet
the location was good. the cleanliness was also very good. hot water was quick too. i found the staff well trained, courteous and friendly.
the bed meant i had to sleep side ways. i needed to get out of bed without climbing over my partner. i still needed to shimmy out of bed to get out though. there was no kettle in the room. i had to get water from downstairs. it was in an urn that tasted of coffee. i asked for a flat sheet 3 times. i wanted that instead of a duvet, but never got one.
